Q: My credit card is declining, now what?
A: Once in awhile we have customers who can not figure out why we need billing information or does not quite understand
how credit cards online work, or just do not feel comfortable placing an order online using a credit card.
Go ahead and act as if you are going to place an order. Fill in your name, address, phone number, email address
as well as shipping information (or check the box at the bottom).
Go to the next screen. This is where you would choose a credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover,
there is one more option in the drop down menu....phone order. Choose phone order, submit the order, then give
us a call with your credit card information.
This saves time on both ends, since we will have a copy of the potential order, we will not have to go through
and say item numbers and tally up costs. All we will need when you call in (assuming all information was entered
correctly) is the date you placed the order, whether it is Visa, Discover, American Express or Mastercard, the
number of the card, expiration date, and card code on the back of card.. |

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A: Sorry, no we do not. We can take a check by mail. Once the check clears the bank we will ship out your order. |

Q: What is the 3 or 4 Digit Code on my Credit Card?
A: 3 Digit Security Number: Where you sign the back of your credit card there is a number on the line. The 3-digit
security number is the last 3 numbers on the card.
For American Express it is the 4 digits on the front of the card.
This number is used to cross reference your billing address on file with your credit card company. |

Q: How do I navigate this website?
A: Everything should be able to find within 2-3 clicks. Start with the menu at the side of the page. For instance
if you are looking for a bridal shower click on Dollar Bridal Showers. There is everything
we offer for Bridal Showers.
At the top of just about every page there is a green box that has at least 4 links of similar items. We find it
easier if you use the pages that say main page at the top...these are "Department" pages. So if you are
looking at party favors and that is really all you are wanting check out "Dollar Party Favors Main Page"
That page will have a link to every party favor page we have on our website. You can also get to these main departments
with the side menu. |

We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, for any unopened packages that are returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, from this website.
Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
If we send a call tag for the item meaning we pay for shipping back to our company and we do not receive the item
back you will be charged for the products.

Q: How do you handle OUT OF STOCK items?
A: If something is on backorder, or OUT OF STOCK, we will attempt to contact you. Many times we are not able to
get ahold of a customer and have to make a decission on how to handle the order to get it out the door in time
for the party date.. this is one reason we ask for the party date.
We will try to call and leave a message. If we are not able to leave a message we will try to email you as well.
Many times we will go ahead and say something like, if we do not hear back from you by a specific date we will
go ahead and refund the out of stock item and ship the rest. If most of the order is not available...we will leave
a message stating we will refund the order if we don't hear back from you by a specific date. |

Q: I see you have more than one website and you sell on Ebay. Do you combine purchases from
the different sites?
A: Sorry no, we can not do that. There would be too much paper work. We price items accordingly to the website
the items are listed on, on Ebay we have to pay seller fees, listing fees and other fees that are extra.
Every website runs as its own business. However our phone reps can answer questions about every site.
COMING IN 2010 -- we are adding some items that are a little more than a dollar to our dollar store to help our
customer save on shipping still by using our dollar website. |

Q: What if something is on backorder?
A: No inventory system is always accurate. We try our best to keep all out of stock items listed as being on backorder
online. If you add something to your shopping cart and the item is coming up as being on backorder, we should have
it within 10-15 business days back in stock.
However, every once in a while a company will backorder products on us, so we can never promise an item will be
in stock within 10 days.
We do ask for a date at the beginning of your check out process, the reason for this is because of backorders.
We try to call our customers as soon as we know there is a problem or could be a problem with them getting the
products in time for the event.
If you have any questions on this please feel free to call us at 1-800-260-1566.
If a party is limited stock, or discontinued and comes up as item on backorder, this means the product is most
likely out of stock, and we will not be getting anymore.
If Seasonal items show up as being on backorder and it is 2-3 weeks before the actual Holiday we will probably
not be getting anymore of the item in until next season. If it right before the season hits and the item shows
up as backorder. We will be getting it shortly. |

Q: What is the fastest way to place an order?
A: Online ordering is the fastest way. However, if you feel uncomfortable placing orders online you can call in
your order.
We do not take item numbers for phone orders. Note what the title of the party is and what items and how many items
you are wanting. If it is a solid color item, not the color and the items. We do prefer you go ahead and place
the order online using the phone order option then calling with your credit card information if you feel uncomfortable
using your credit card online. This saves everyone time and money. There is a $5.00 phone order charge on all phone
